Getting in shape by yourself can be difficult. With over 1000s of workouts and meal plans to choose from it can be hard to put that all together without knowing the underlying reasons to how and why these should be done.

Think of building a house. All the tools and equipment for your dream house are right in front of you waiting to be built. Unfortunately unless you have had experience building houses, you will either severely screw up building your dream house or you will seek out help. Help from someone or people with knowledge and experience to build that house.

With a University degree in Exercise Science, years of being a Crossfit athlete and a Coach who trains over 100 people weekly, all with varying goals and abilities, helping people achieve their goals comes second nature.
