The Workout:

x Amount of Muscle ups Unbroken

2:30 Row Recovery

Goal:

To increase muscleup endurance and recovery through light work on the rower in between sets.

Choose a number of muscle ups you know you can hit comfortably. By the fifth round you should be close to struggling, without breaking.

Row at a pace which will not fatigue you from your muscle ups. Goal here is to just keep the arms working at a light pace.
