5 Strict Toes to Bar

5 Kipping Toes 2 Bar

5 V-Ups from floor

90 secs rest

x4

If unable to get strict toes 2 bar, change to either strict leg raises or strict hanging knee raises.

If unable to get kipping toes 2 bar, change to either a kipping leg raise or kipping knee raise.

Goal is to keep tight in the core and keep movement limited in strict toes 2 bar.
