30 Barbell Step Ups 50/35kgs

3 Minute Rest

30 Barbell Step ups

Straight Into

50 Glute Bridges With Barbell

Pick a weight for the Barbell Step Ups that will still let you be explosive and have no sticking points in the first few reps.

Alternate legs and look to really power up through your heel and foot.

The barbell glute bridge is from the ground. Look to do long sets of these with short rests.
