Workout:

50% Max Chinups

Every Second Minute on the Minute

x4

50% Max Dips

Every Second Minute on the Minute

x4

5 minutes Rest

100 Light Bicep Curls

100 Light Tricep Extensions

You will get a serious arm pump here. Look to hold onto 50% of your max for both the dips and pull-ups. If these die off, then get as close to that number as you can.

For the bicep curls and tricep extensions, make sure to pick a weight that allows you to get 20+ reps in the first set.
