2 Minute Rest

30 Minute Run

Goal heart Rate: 75-80% MAX

The goal of this workout is to keep the heart rate lower then usual and consistent. Slow down to let your Heart rate drop when it creeps closer to that 80% mark.

Note down the distance and splits you run and keep this to see what pace you are able to maintain at this heart rate.

You should finish this workout with a feeling of having more in the tank.
