Wallballs and Snatches

A great workout to get you breathing heavy and blow out the quads! This was deceiving you tougher than I thought.

Workout:

1–> 10

Wallballs

Power snatches

The key to this is picking suitable weights. The wallballs should feel relatively light to begin with.

The power snatches should be a weight you can easily do for 10 in a set.

The wallballs should blow out the legs and test the breathing towards sets 7,8,9 and 10.
