Cycling Power cleans and Snatches
The goal of today’s session was to improve cycling the barbell with a little bit of breathing through a jog recovery.
Ideally the weight should be something you can cycle comfortably.
5 power cleans emom
3 minute rest
5 squat snatches
I did my power cleans at 80kg and squat snatches at 60kg. In hindsight and for future workouts I can probably push the power cleans heavier.
The squat snatches were just about right for today, and once I found some rhythm cycling them, the workout was quite challenging.
I went quite slow in the recovery jog, especially during the squat snatches.
