Gluten free Tuna and Rice Bowl

An easy to put together lunch, which is gluten free, very low on sugar and high in protein!

Ingredients:

1 brown rice cup (Woolworths brand)

Half a carrot (raw or cooked)

10 grams almond flakes

1 can of Serena tuna in olive oil

1/2 Gluten free wrap

Half a lemon as dressing
