Oat Flakes and Strawberries

A delicious breakfast which can easily be put together in a couple of minutes. Just beware of the higher sugar content in this one, maybe a good one to have around a workout, with it being high in protein this can be a perfect post workout meal.


240g Vanilla Yo Pro yoghurt

80g Frozen strawberries

120g Oat Flakes – Uncle Toby’s
