Protein Banana and Oat Smoothie
A delicious and quick to make smoothie, high in fibre and protein while being relatively low in sugar. Can be a great way to start the day.
This one has a fair few calories in it and could basically be considered a meal. Look to halve the protein powder or reduce the oats or amount of banana to put in if wanting to reduce calories.
Chocolate Protein powder
50g of oats
250ml of soy milk
Lots of ice cubes
