4 Ways to De-stress

Everyone feels stressed at some point of their life. While stress can help motivate and drive people in some situations, it can also build up and affect people’s ability to think and complete tasks. Read below for four ways you can manage your stress.

3. Exercising can reduce levels of adrenaline and cortisol – the body’s stress hormones. Exercise also increases endorphins – the body’s mood elevator and natural pain killer!


4. Meditation can help calm people down, reducing blood pressure and heart rate. This can give someone a chance to narrow their focus on the stuff that really matters and give some clarity to situations and events that was once causing havoc on someone’s mind. Starting off meditating 3-5 minutes a day and building up can help build capacity to dealing with stress.
