The Most Proven Way To Lose Weight

The catchy head line may lead you to think I am going to give you this long lost secret to losing weight.

Unfortunately i am not.

What I am going to tell you is this: the secret to losing weight is well known and unfortunately that has been lost due to a lot of the fitness and marketing industry lying to sell off their products.

I am not selling you a product.

Whatever diet you take up, whether you are intermittent fasting, kept, paleo, high carb or low carb, high fat or low fat the secret is this:

Weight Loss = CALORIES IN <CALORIES BURNED

Now don’t get me wrong, you can’t eat anything and everything, hit your calories and expect to lose weight. But if you follow a 90/10 or 80/20 rule where most of hat you eat is generally ‘clean’ (will follow up on a definition of lean eating in a future post) then you will lose weight.

 

THE EQUATION EXPLAINED FURTHER:

Calories in: The food you consume

Calories Burned: The amount of calories your body burns on a daily basis + the exercise you’d o for that day

It really is this simple for MOST people!

Unfortunately the hardest part is staying consistent, being patient and tracking all of this.

For now my recommendation would be to download the app called MY FITNESS PAL, input your details as well as your goal and see the calorie goal they set you. 

 

 

 

Then try hitting that calorie goal for at LEAST 3 weeks and monitor any changes. From there you can start to make changes to your diet (More on adjusting calories coming out in future posts!).
